Life design & leadership coaching for those who care for people and planet

What I believe

As an ICF-accredited Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), I subscribe to the Co-Active philosophy that all people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.

However, in a Western capitalist society that’s often all about relentless linear growth and extrinsic measures of success, it’s easy to get sucked into stories about what we should be or do. Social media pummels us with facades of perfection and pits us against each other. We’re more connected, yet lonelier. This is…a lot.

I believe we each have to write our own definitions of success, that we grow in all sorts of directions and flourish on different timelines, and that it’s possible to move toward a life and career in alignment with our values that is full of vitality and positive impact.

And I think we explore these things best in relationship – with others and the physical environment around us.

I keep coming back to the idea of perennial coaching – how might we learn from plants that thrive across many seasons? How can we prioritize the space to pause and reflect on the big questions that humans have asked forever? What would it be like to take coaching sessions on a walk outside, observing the changing seasons while examining the season of life you’re currently in and the one you want to step into next?

I’m here to be a relational home – a welcoming and confidential place for you to explore the life you long to live.

Who I support

We might be a good fit if…

  • You’re earlier on in your career (first ~10-15 years), seeking where you belong and how to make the biggest impact.

  • You’re new to managing people. You care about your team, and you don’t have as much internal support as you’d wish.

  • You feel stuck or unfulfilled in some way, personally or professionally.

  • You’re navigating a big decision, change, or transition. You could use some unbiased support and compassionate accountability from someone outside of your immediate circle.

  • You find yourself neglecting or avoiding things that would nourish you. You’re longing for better integration and need support building in consistent habits.

What we can cover

We’ll work with whatever is most present for you when we meet, but these are a few things I love digging into:

  • Selecting and clearly articulating your core values and how they help you make decisions

  • Investigating your “zones of genius” and how to spend more time doing what lights you up

  • Aligning your values with what you’re good at, what brings you joy, and what the world needs (a la Ayana Elizabeth Johnson’s Climate Venn Diagram)

  • Discerning between what’s real and what’s a story you’re telling yourself

  • Compassionate “accountability challenges” – what can we nudge you to do in between our sessions that guides you closer to who you want to be?

How much it costs

Coaching relationships last for varying amounts of time, and I want that to be guided by you. To begin, I ask that you commit to 8 sessions of coaching over the course of 4 months (2 sessions/month). The full investment is $1600.

You have the option to either pay the full amount upfront or in four monthly payments of $400. What’s included:

  • Discovery Questionnaire to reflect on and root into your ‘why’ for coaching

  • 1 Discovery Session (60 minutes)

  • 7 Coaching Sessions (50 minutes/session)

  • Unlimited email access in between sessions, if any questions emerge before we meet again

  • Tools, practices, worksheets, book & podcast recommendations depending on your coaching goals

  • For my NYC-based humans, the option to meet in real life for walking coaching sessions in Central Park (or your local green space of choice)

Please consider exploring any learning and/or professional development funds offered by your employer to cover the cost. If this pricing still feels tough, reach out anyway – we can see what’s possible.

Getting started

1

Schedule a free 30 minute exploratory call below

We’ll connect virtually to mutually explore if we think we would like to work together. I’ll share more about what to expect, and you can ask any questions you have about the process. Then, if we are both excited to work together…

2

Complete a discovery questionnaire

I’ll share a thorough questionnaire for you to complete and send back to me prior to our first “discovery call”. In this first official session, we’ll dig more deeply into your expectations, goals, and desired outcomes in our coaching relationship.

3

Commit to curiosity and consistency

For the remaining 7 sessions, we’ll work towards your goals with tangible tools and practices, while also meeting whatever is needed in the moment. One of my main goals is that you enjoy the process, and as the poet Mary Oliver put it, “Keep some room in your heart for the unimaginable.”

Let’s explore if we’re a good fit
